I don't want what happens sometimes, when Sometimes doesn't work at all times. Goes on a break, sleeps during working hours. Lazy is Sometimes but sometimes, it's just Lazy who's lazy- sometimes. Like a babysitter who is always on the phone, Sometimes leaves us hanging loose as tassel earrings worn by a garden girl with cracked lips on a sunny harmattan morning. No pattern whatsoever, only hazy clues. That is so indecisive.
Oftentimes, we hear what happens sometimes, and a few things that need to be done sometimes. No, not a few things literally. I only summarised them tiles of principles into a single drawstring bag so they would fit into my fanny pack. "Sometimes you have to just get it over with." Tom would say. What does that even mean? do I just let out how I feel about her, or that's going to be a little too spooky?
Erhm, how about spilling the oodles of cloudy insults hidden within my lung sacs all unto this bald lecturer? Jeez, He always gets on my nerves with his ever boring, the-time-never-moves, everyday-is-a-quiz-day lectures! He exudes a few hippies of Joshua I must say. The sun stands still when his lessons begin. Oh Moses, how could you do this to us. Why the rush, why leave so early?
He spills the bananas and peels the Starbucks coffee. The wandering dots on his freckled face couldn't halt time so he could keep his composure and stop startling- they too were confused as well. His hands cramp, his feet ramp. Everything is in a tizzy. That's what happens sometimes, he gets dizzy. Too many sometimes to get right what to do and when to do them. He mouths a prayer.
People always tell of what to do sometimes but fail to add taglines of time. What happened to clarity? Always the maybes, the should haves and would haves. I doubt we would survive with our could haves. Maybe Sometimes is, but a freckled teenaged boy, who just got a job at the corner store- his first job. He spills the bananas and peels the Starbucks coffee, soaking wet his plaid trousers. He does forgets to don his apron sometimes. But it is different this time around. He didn't mouth a prayer. His eyes were engaged with the smile across the diner. She was a beauty, one to behold. That's just what happens sometimes...
